Using the Medmark portal.

These terms govern use of Medmark Email Service and the Medmark Knowledge & Tools Hub. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Approved use
The portal is provided to approved users for insurance quotation, comparison, product-reference and related business activities. Use only your assigned account and information you are authorized to process.
Do not share credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or access another user’s information without authorization. Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users and the service.
Account-access emails
Medmark Email Service sends account-access messages, including temporary passwords, to approved email addresses. Keep those messages confidential and complete any required password change after signing in. Report unexpected messages or suspected account misuse to medmark.leads@gmail.com.
The designated sender’s Google authorization is used to send these emails. Availability of email delivery depends on the sender’s authorization and the relevant service providers.
Quotations and product information
Calculations, comparisons and exported proposals support quotation preparation. Users must check entered details, selected benefits, rates, discounts, payment frequency and insurer requirements before relying on or sharing an output.
A calculation or PDF export does not itself issue insurance, confirm underwriting acceptance or amend policy terms. Final premiums, eligibility, exclusions and coverage are subject to the insurer’s applicable quotation, underwriting and policy documentation.
Information and confidentiality
Provide accurate information and use appropriate authorization when entering personal or business data. Share downloaded files only with recipients entitled to receive them. Product materials, branding and insurer content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Availability and saved work
The service may change or become unavailable because of maintenance, third-party dependencies or technical issues. Keep appropriate copies of work you need to retain. Saved calculations reflect the information and results captured at the time of saving; use the available recalculation controls when current rates are required.
